1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NOTARA ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NOTARA is a free, offline notepad application that allows you to create, edit, color-code, pin, search, and share text notes. The App is provided by Kelthos Inc.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App for lawful purposes only
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Not distribute the App outside of official channels (Google Play)
- Take responsibility for the content you create within the App
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and branding (including the NOTARA and Kelthos names, logos, and visual assets) are the intellectual property of Kelthos Inc. protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Content you create within the App (your notes) remains entirely yours.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Kelthos Inc. does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelthos Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
Important: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your notes. Kelthos Inc. is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or clearing app data.
7. Data & Privacy
The App stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications
Kelthos Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App or these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
